We believe that all producers should be treated fairly. Often, Marketing Organizations chase big producers and offer them more compensation, but not The Revolution. Below is our compensation plan used for every producer. As your production increases, so does your compensation. Welcome to The Revolution.
Recruiting Compensation
We pay the recruiting agent 20% of the regular marketing organization compensation on the recruited agent’s production during the first year.*
We pay the recruiting agent 10%of the regular marketing organization compensation on the recruited agent’s production during the second year.*
We pay the recruiting agent 5% of the regular marketing organization compensation on the recruited agent’s production during the third year and then 5% ongoing for life.*

You must meet these qualifications to join The Revolution!:
- At least $1 million in paid Fixed Annuity premium and/or 100K in target life in the last 12 months.
- You MUST be coachable (if you are not coachable, we are wasting time)
- Commit to attend one Basic and one Advanced Training per year.
- Commit to taking your business to the next level and increase your production.
- Submit your annuity business through The Revolution.
