We believe that all producers should be treated fairly. Below is our compensation plan used for every producer. As your production increases, so does your compensation. Welcome to The Revolution.
Marketing Credits Awarded by Production Level
All marketing credits are retroactive to dollar one, once you hit a new level. For example: if you hit $5 million at the end of the year, you'll receive marketing credits at a 50% level retroactive to the beginning of the year. We share what we get, the percent and dollar amounts are listed below. We share as much as 70% with our producers.
